The "heat-shielding sheet" is a heat-insulating material that cuts 99% of radiant heat, which cannot be prevented by insulation alone. [Heat Stroke Measures] Introducing heat-insulating sheets instead of air conditioning equipment for heat prevention.

Case study at a cosmetics manufacturer. It contributes to significant annual running cost reductions, as well as measures against employee heatstroke!

In hot seasons, measures against heatstroke are essential. Although the cosmetics manufacturer we consulted with already had air conditioning equipment installed in their building, it was not very effective in combating the heat. To help protect employees from heatstroke, we proposed the installation of heat-shielding sheets. [Background to the Implementation] - A site survey was conducted the previous year, and the installation was carried out after sufficient discussions. - The interior of the building is spacious, allowing for the entry and exit of high-altitude work vehicles during the installation, so we received cooperation in moving materials within the construction space. [Effects of Implementation] To confirm the effects after installation, measurements were taken using a thermal camera (main image). Uninstalled area: 39.1°C, Installed area: 22.9°C A maximum temperature difference of 16.2°C was measured.
